• Classes include two hours of instruction.

• Students are recommended to bring an apron or a change of clothes, a hand towel, and a set of basic tools. If you do not have your own tool kit you may purchase one here at the studio for $15 during your first class.

• Firing fees are based on volume. Starting at $4 per piece, and are 6 cents a cubic inch.

• We offer ongoing enrollment in our weekly classes - no fixed start or end dates! This means you should plan to attend multiple classes to complete your projects.

If you have a pacemaker, Shimpo discourages working on their magnetic wheels.
